EXPRESSIONS is an eclectic mix of Bahai members, poets, musicians, and artists that meets the first Saturday of every month for a poetry-music-potluck-jamboree. The February EXPRESSIONS is "LOVE POEMS ONLY" and will be a poetry and music performance featuring Kathleen Romana (La Tazza Fresca), Dillon McKinsey (from "Writing on the Air" KOOP Radio) and Edgar Pace (Cafe Caffeine Wednesdays). There will also be a round robin reading for all present after the featured readers. As an all ages event,moderation of language is requested..

For almost a decade, EXPRESSIONS has presented a monthly theme reading and potluck at Austin's Bahai Center. It is a free, all-ages event and all are welcome. EXPRESSIONS also has a POETS PANTRY where they collect canned food and cash for the homeless and Potluckers are welcome to bring an item to contribute.  Yeah poetry!
