Training for Transition

T4T is an intense weekend of Transition US certified trainers introducing the skills needed to set up, run, and maintain a successful Transition Initiative. When the weekend is over, you will be prepared to get a Transition Initiative going. See www.transitionaustin.org and www.transitionus.org for more information.
