Prenatal Yoga provides a safe and calming environment for pregnant women to nurture their bodies and to connect with their baby during this wondrous time of life. This class will help improve balance, circulation, and toning while promoting relaxation by utilizing yoga postures modified for the needs of each trimester, yogic breathing and guided relaxation techniques. All of these tools can help you during pregnancy and beyond. The deep breathing you will learn will be a huge help when it’s time to give birth.
