"PRACTICE YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH" POTLUCK. 1 - 3 pm. 

[Winter warmth.] After attending all those workshops on communication and personal growth, where do you go to practice the skills you've learned? How about a potluck? Believe me, talking about the best way to barbecue the chicken is a very different experience here at the Center, where people try to communicate with assertiveness and love. The informal atmosphere helps us practice our new communication skills on people who are more likely to encourage than to criticize. Free, but don't forget to bring something yummy to share!
