Join over 4,000 volunteers for the Keep Austin Beautiful 2016 Clean Sweep, the largest annual city-wide service day spanning 130+sites throughout the greater Austin area. The network of cleanups is followed by a not-to-be-missed volunteer party featuring free t-shirts, lunch, live music, children’s environmental activities, recycled art, a unique object contest, door prizes, and more! Cleanups from 9:00am-11:00am, party from 11:00am-1:30pm. Clean Sweep is presented by Samsung.

Let your hopes, prayers, and dreams take flight! Find inspiration in the
prayer flags hung high in the Himalayan Mountains and create your own prayer flag
to hang in the wind over the Blanton’s Faulkner Plaza. Witness the final day of
creation and closing ceremony for a Buddhist sand mandala and take family
tours of Into the Sacred City: Tibetan Buddhist Deities from the Theos Bernard
Collection.
Cost: Free with museum admission.
