Midday Music Series at the Blanton

Musicologist Luisa Nardini discusses vocal music from the 13th century in conjunction with a performance by the Early Music Ensemble. The Midday Music Series is a collaboration between the Blanton Museum of Art and UT’s Butler School of Music.

Screenings at the Blanton: Matthew Barney’s CREMASTER Cycle

In conjunction with the Blanton’s exhibition, Come as You Are: Art of the 1990s, artist Matthew Barney’s acclaimed CREMASTER film cycle will screen for five days in the Blanton Museum of Art’s auditorium. Pick your favorite or see them all! Check out the schedule below:
Tuesday 3/15 at 12 noon: CREMASTER 1 and 2
Wednesday 3/16 at 12 noon: CREMASTER 3, 4, and 5
Thursday 3/17 at 12 noon: Full CREMASTER Cycle (Admission is free on Thursdays!)
Friday 3/18 at 12 noon: CREMASTER 1 and 2
Saturday 3/19 at 12 noon: CREMASTER 3, 4, and 5
