Eileen will get domain name; talk to Selwyn about getting pages moved from current site, does he want to keep being webmaster?
Cost will be split between central, oak village, and rural

Marketing:
Groups are starting to market to prospective members -- we need to identify what marketing strategies groups would like to do via CACTUS and which they want to do as their own cohousing group (lets discuss in more detail at next meeting)
when we identify a CACTUS marketing effort, each group will contribute towards the expense of that event or item (e.g. website)

Renewable Energy Round-Up:
Oak Village is organizing, central and rural want to go in on it as well. Cat is the contact.

Updates from groups (pretty brief, sorry!)
Rural has found land! They are very pleased and excited. Its 30 acres, their offer has been accepted, and Dory and Tom will be moving onto the property into the house that will eventually become part of the common house. The property is located to the east, 17.8mi to 2222/Lamar intersection.
Central had a visit from Chris ScottHanson who is helping find land. Several interesting prospects – he is returning in September.
