Project updates:
Central Austin is moving rapidly and is very busy. They are mostly done with
their operating agreements. They are meeting with developers to discuss forming
a partnership to begin site selection and building process. There are about
11 associate members, with about five core households at this time.
Rural CoHousing is developing their operating agreements and beginning a land
search. Rural search is focused to the east of Austin, no more than thirty minutes
from the city (or closer!). Two core households at this time. One member will
act as initial developer. They are meeting weekly.
