Bright Leaf is a 216 acre natural area between Mopac and 360, off 2222 on Creek Mountain Road. Monthly hikes are offered free to the public on the second Saturday and the second Sunday of each month. These hikes start at 9:00am. Please arrive on time; there is only one hike per day. All hikes at Bright Leaf are guided hikes - we are happy to arrange hikes on other days or times for any type or size of group. Hikes are usually 4 miles long and last about 2 hours. Wear sturdy shoes and bring your own water.
